Denise is licensed by the Texas State Board of Marriage and Family Therapists and the Texas State Board of Licensed Dietitians.
She holds a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from The University of Nebraska – Kearney and a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University.
Denise’s area of special interest includes the treatment of eating disorders, and her dual licensure as a dietitian and therapist provide her with the ability to treat the disorder from the biological, psychological, and sociological perspectives. Denise often collaborates with therapists who wish her to provide the nutritional component of the treatment of eating disorders to their clients.
Denise also enjoys treating a wide range of other life problems which include but are not limited to:

* Denise’s husband of over 26 years is retired Air Force. They have been stationed at Vance, Barksdale, Castle, McConnell, and Dyess AFB. They survived deployment during two wars and many TDY’s.
