She is also an approved Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselor Interns. She holds a bachelor of arts in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University.

Anne is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and the Texas Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She is also a member of the Abilene Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
Anne has experience working in the field of foster care and adoption. She has received specialized trauma resolution training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Anne works from a strengths based, client centered approach. She views problems in their context and works from a systemic perspective oftentimes involving family members in sessions. Her goal for all clients is that they will come to know their value as a person and will feel understood and respected throughout the counseling process.
